Doradilla Drilling Update

DORADILLA DRILLING UPDATE YTC Resources Limited ("YTC" or "The Company") is pleased to announce that the first of two diamond drill holes on EL 6645, has intersected what is interpreted to be porphyry style alteration inintrusive rocks with associated weak copper mineralisation. Hole MURDC002 has intersected a broad zone of approximately 50 metres from 157m, containing chlorite-epidote-leucoxene („propylitic alteration‟) and haematite-dusting alteration with associated minor quartz veins with minor chalcopyrite. The age of the intrusive rocks are not known, however the porphyry style, "propylitic‟ alteration with "haematite dusting‟ observed in the initial drill core is consistent with alteration observed around other NSW porphyry systems. The drill holes are targeting previously untested magnetic anomalies beneath cover. The two magnetic anomalies are approximately 4km in length and lie along the interpreted boundary of the Lachlan and Thompson Orogens. Assays for hole MURCD002 are pending, however no economic assay values are anticipated. A second hole to test another discrete magnetic target is to commence shortly. YTC has recently applied for a new Exploration Licence (ELA 4041) surrounding the Doradilla prospects with a view to assessing further targets of this type. Hole locations and position of the ELA is shown on the attached location plan. YTC‟s CEO Rimas Kairaitis said: "The Thompson Orogen is an evolving exploration frontier in NSW. YTC is encouraged by the identification of porphyry style alteration and mineralisation and looks ahead to completing further exploration to assess the scale and potential of this area". About the Doradilla Project The Doradilla Project is located on the margins of the Lachlan and Thompson Orogens, in the northwest of NSW. YTC is completing a Farm-In on two tenements at Doradilla: EL6258 is held by a subsidiary of Goldminco Corporation, of which Straits Resources ( SRL) hold a 66% interest. YTC is farming in to a 70% interest in EL 6258 through exploration expenditure of $1.5m. EL 6645 is held by Tritton Resources Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Straits Resources Ltd (SRL). YTC is framing in to a 75% interest in EL 6645 through expenditure of $500k. EL 6258 hosts extensive skarn style tin, copper and zinc mineralisation associated with Triassic granites. Sulphide „nickel skarn‟ mineralisation is also recognised on the tenement. EL 6645 is almost completely covered by Quaternary alluvium. Very limited previous exploration has been completed.
